High Flexibility & Technologically Advanced

Robotic Packers

Technoshell offers robotic packing machines that provide unparalleled flexibility in packing. They can integrate with any header, capper or printer of production lines up to 150 tubes/minute. Our robotic packer packs into boxes with or without plastic bag inserts.
Using special fixtures, our robotic packers pack in a planned grid before pushing all tubes into packing boxes in one go, ensuring non-stop packing.

Tube Box Packing

Tubes are pushed in one go from the fixtures into clamped boxes.

Pre-Packing Grids

Tubes are placed in fixtures according to planned grid before packing to ensure non-stop packing.

6 Axis Robot

We use a 6-axis robot to pick and place tubes.

Tooling Belt

Tubes are moved through an indexing tooling belt dedicated for that specific tube.

Box loading

Boxes are loaded right below the box outfeed conveyor for better ergonomics

Box Outfeed

Packed boxes are horizontally moved on a conveyor just above the box infeed for better ergonomics.

Box Clamping 1

Boxes are clamped on both sides and driven by servo motion to ensure smooth packing

Tube Box Loading

Tube are guided into box by a pushing mechanism.

Tube Box Unloading

Boxes are guided onto outfeed in an inclined position for better ergonomics.

Tooling Belt

Tubes are moved through an indexing tooling belt dedicated for that specific tube. It is driven by a servo.

Box in Queue

Boxes are ready in queue for non-stop packing operation

Box Packing

Boxes are moved down to activate a holding plate which holds tubes in place and then finally the box is moved back up. This process eliminates accidents on last row packing.

Boxes are loaded on a belt conveyor

Standard Packer

Technoshell's standard packers pack tubes with an indexing tooling belt, while the boxes are clamped positively to ensure smooth packing. These packers can be pack in both landscape and portrait orientation, with or without plastic bag inserts. It is ideal for automating tube lines of speeds upto 120 tubes/minute.
