Bottle Sleeving
High speed, high precision shrink sleeving has never been as affordable as this before. Technoshell's new generation of bottle shrink sleeving machines named NEOsleeve apply shrink sleeve labels on plastic, glass and metal bottles. Our bottle sleeving ranges from 150/minute to 300/minute, using heat and steam tunnels. With a host of unique features such as digital indicators for quick changeover, machine manual and videos on HMI, servo motions, electrically movable sleeving station and front sleeve roll loading, we ensure your bottle sleeving line delivers quality.

Ensuring Quality Control with Tamper Proofing
Cap Sleeving
Technoshell's cap sleeving lines use a reciprocating mechanism to apply tamper proofing sleeves on caps and closures. Our cap sleeving lines offer advantages such as cap orientation, use of multiple heat tunnels to control shrinkage, camera inspection for quality control, servo sleeve feeding and automations like feeding, counting and diverting unit.
So you can rest assured no reject cap will reach your customers.

Overheating causing premature collapse or burst sleeve. Our shrink sleeving experts ensure every project is thoroughly validated, and make it easy for your operators to setup during changeovers. Additionally, apart from our steam tunnels, we offer one of the shortest heat tunnels, which when daisy chained, offer unmatched control over sleeve shrinkage. This ensures accurate parameters for shrink sleeving, so you don't get overheating of sleeves.
Insufficient heat input, residence time or going too fast result in wrinkles on the shrink sleeved bottle. We thoroughly validate and recommend speeds and parameters to run your specific job at, so you avoid wrinkles on your sleeves. We use one of the shortest heat tunnels, which when daisy chained, offer unmatched control over residence time. This ensures accurate parameters for shrink sleeving, so you don't get wrinkles of sleeves.
Our shrink sleeving experts study, recommend and ensure your requirements are thoroughly validated, especially for sleeves that need to lock in at the bottom of bottles. We use added mechanisms to push down sleeve and rotating pucks so that sleeve wraps around the bottom of the bottle.
Our machines are high precision machines that are designed and made using engineering principles that ensure consistent cutting of sleeves throughout the lifespan of the machine. Our machines use high speed cutting mechanisms and servo motions to deliver sharp cuts of equal lengths. We also offer inspection for quality control.
Air entrapment and bridging over recessed areas of bottle can occur due to improper stages of heating. We use hot air devices & nozzles, pre-heating tunnels to do shrinking in stages, thus eliminating air entrapment and bridging over recessed areas.

Our testing facility can be used for validating sleeve characteristics and shrink factor before any production takes place. We also partner with various sleeve manufacturers to involve their technical expertise.
