Monoblock Filling & Capping

Our Monoblock filling+capping machines are designed for high speed, high precision filling and capping of a wide range of liquids, from thin viscous to high density liquids such as water, edible oil, lube oil, lotion, shampoo and so on. With a monoblock body, servo controlled filling, and features such as walking beam to ensure non-stop filling, our filling and capping line delivers high performance while ensuring consistent quality. High Speed Ointment Filling

Leading balm/ointment manufacturers prefer our filling lines for it's reliability and high speed. With our acquisition of Aurum Packaging Systems, Technoshell now offers their high speed packaging lines for balm/ointment, with speeds upto 600/minute. These lines fill Ointments or Balm in molten condition, viscous and semi-viscous fluids or free flowing liquids.

Overheating causing premature collapse or burst sleeve. Our shrink sleeving experts ensure every project is thoroughly validated, and make it easy for your operators to setup during changeovers. Additionally, apart from our steam tunnels, we offer one of the shortest heat tunnels, which when daisy chained, offer unmatched control over sleeve shrinkage. This ensures accurate parameters for shrink sleeving, so you don't get overheating of sleeves.

Insufficient heat input, residence time or going too fast result in wrinkles on the shrink sleeved bottle. We thoroughly validate and recommend speeds and parameters to run your specific job at, so you avoid wrinkles on your sleeves. We use one of the shortest heat tunnels, which when daisy chained, offer unmatched control over residence time. This ensures accurate parameters for shrink sleeving, so you don't get wrinkles of sleeves.

Our shrink sleeving experts study, recommend and ensure your requirements are thoroughly validated, especially for sleeves that need to lock in at the bottom of bottles. We use added mechanisms to push down sleeve and rotating pucks so that sleeve wraps around the bottom of the bottle.

Our machines are high precision machines that are designed and made using engineering principles that ensure consistent cutting of sleeves throughout the lifespan of the machine. Our machines use high speed cutting mechanisms and servo motions to deliver sharp cuts of equal lengths. We also offer inspection for quality control.

Air entrapment and bridging over recessed areas of bottle can occur due to improper stages of heating. We use hot air devices & nozzles, pre-heating tunnels to do shrinking in stages, thus eliminating air entrapment and bridging over recessed areas.

We believe our involvement in the early stages of project help ensure you get the most suitable solution for your specific sleeving requirements. Our testing facility can be used for validating sleeve characteristics and shrink factor before any production takes place. We also partner with various sleeve manufacturers to involve their technical expertise.
